Your First Character
Your first character does not need an elaborate history. Start with a simple idea, give your character a personality and allow their story to develop naturally through interactions with other players. Think about who they are, why they are in the area and how they might react to the situations they encounter.
Joining an Emergency Service
Joining Five999 does automatically gives you access to certain emergency services.
Individual services manage their own recruitment, training and progression requirements.

No. Five999 is partially whitelisted and uses a verification process instead of a traditional full-server whitelist.
Yes. You do not need to be part of an emergency service to play Five999.
Individual services have their own recruitment and training requirements. But most have entry level position you get when whitelisted.
